I will post this in Civil 3D customization group as well. I wrote a LISP that generates a ASCII file using certian data from the drawing and then the LISP calls command _AeccCreateProfileFromFile which brings up 'Import profile from file - select file' window. Now I can select my ASCII (that the LISP created) and it brings up 'Create profile - Draw new' window where I can select alignment, profile style etc. And it brings in the profile into civil 3d. I am trying to elminate the file selection step. Is there a way to pass the filepath to civil 3d through my LISP (LISP has the path since it created the ASCII) so that the file selection 'Import profile from file - select file' step can be eliminated? Thank you so much for all your help in advance. ![]() I am in need of a lisp that will flatten 3D to 2d. I found a couple of them, but I am having problems with what it does with some of the lines. I run the routine in the 3d Sw Iso it then flattens the block. I then switch the view to top then back to 3d Sw and I then receive the following error: 'Modeling Operation Error: Length negative or zero' and loose the view of the entire block. I have no experience with 3d drawing. Convert serial number to udid iphone without itunes. Do I need to do something to the lines/ drawing after it is converted? Thanks, Dave.
